  Welcome to Sydenstricker UMC. We've been serving our Lord since 1909. We offer 4 services; Saturday 530, Sunday 830 and 1100, and Contemporary 945. We have a pre school and our congregation nurtures children. We consider our strengths to be missions, discipleship, eduction, and inclusiveness. As a certified welcoming congregation we make sure your first visit is warm and welcoming. We are a hospital for sinners not a hotel for saints so if something's missing in your life give us a try. Remember Christ is about your future not your past. Military families welcome!

  The members of the church truly welcome yoh into their midst. Pastor Don encourages the church to open up to others and get to know each other. A system where members are encourages to spend a few minutes with members that they have never known is very effective. The closeness of the church members makes the powerful messages from Don each Sunday be acceptable and appreciated. Pastor Don provides knowledge about the church and symbolism of the church and alter that may be unbeknownst to the church.

  TOT Preschool is GREAT! My daughter has flourished and loved every minute of being there. The Pre-K program is wonderful and a great starting place for children transitioning into Kindergarten. My daughter has learned sign language, German, letters, phonics, early math and more than that has a real desire to learn and thrive because of how fun and encouraging the teachers are. The director, Ms. Shirley is very professional and serious about providing a safe and fun environment for the children of TOT preschool. I highly recommend this school! Can't wait to send our second child there.
